At Myosa®, we are committed to supporting our customers throughout their treatment journey and ensuring that any concerns are handled fairly and professionally.
Because Myosa® products are intra-oral appliances and personal-use healthcare products, special hygiene and safety considerations apply to returns and refunds.
Returns & Eligibility
We offer support for eligible refund or replacement requests within 30 days of delivery.
Due to the hygienic nature of oral appliances, products that have been opened - including the packaging, inserted into the mouth, or used cannot be physically returned for resale or reuse.
If you experience an issue with your order, fit, comfort, or product quality, please contact us.
Our team may request:
- your order number,
- photographs of the product,
- a description of the issue,
- or other information necessary to assess the situation.
Each request is reviewed individually to determine an appropriate resolution.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if:
- your item arrives damaged,
- you receive the incorrect product,
- or you believe the product is faulty.
To help us assess the issue, please include:
- your order number,
- a description of the problem,
- and clear photographs of the product and packaging where applicable.
Where appropriate, Myosa® may offer:
- replacement products,
- replacement components,
- troubleshooting assistance,
- store credit,
- partial refunds,
- or full refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used intra-oral appliances cannot be physically returned once opened or used.
We also do not accept returns for:
- gift cards,
- downloadable products,
- clearance or final sale items,
- or products specifically marked as non-returnable.
Change of Mind
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns once a product has been opened or used.
If your order remains unopened and unused, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to discuss eligibility.
Exchanges
As Myosa® products are personal-use oral appliances, exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue.
Please contact us if you experience an issue with your order or product quality to discuss eligibility of a replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible, products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
This right may not apply to sealed hygiene products that have been opened after delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed,
- plus additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction.
